Players and Staff have returned to training refreshed and enthusiastic for 2015. In a break from our standard procedure, we fitness tested our players in sessions 3 and 4, not the normal first  day back testing.

Our standardized running test is 3 x 1km runs, with rest in between each run. I can’t tell you the rest period in between runs, otherwise I’m giving up too much information!

The Friday night Member's Draw is back for 2015 and has jackpotted to $250 but you must be there to collect it.

On Friday night, January 16th, David Tassell’s name was drawn out but he wasn’t in attendance to collect the jackpot of $200, so the draw has now jackpotted to $250.

The draw takes place every Friday night between 6:30pm and 7:30pm in the main bar.
