Ennio Tavani

President

Ennio has been a lifelong supporter of the East Fremantle Football Club, with a background as a Chartered Accountant and the founding Partner of a mid-sized Perth accounting firm. He has chaired several company Boards and provided business consulting and advisory services.

Ennio has contributed to numerous community organisations, including his leadership roles with Curtin University, the amalgamation of Perth's ethnic soccer clubs and his involvement with Variety WA, both locally and internationally. He also chaired the Tom Hoad International Water Polo Tournament for its 10-year duration and was a long time director of the Clontarf Foundation.

Ennio brings vast governance and financial experience to the Club. As President, his focus will be on rebuilding the Club's foundation, prioritising revenue generation and fostering a cohesive, forward-thinking Board. His leadership will drive the East Fremantle Football Club towards long-term growth and success.

Adam Drake- Brockman

Vice President

Adam was elected to the Board at the 2019 AGM and was appointed Director of Talent Pathways and Junior Football. Adam has been involved in the EFFC district for over 10 years in a variety of coaching roles including being awarded the EFFC District Junior Coach of the Year in 2012. An AFL Level 2 Accredited coach who is still actively involved in our Talent program, Adam was also the President of one of our district junior clubs from 2014-2016.

Adam brings vast experience to the Board with over 20 years of management roles with ASX and internationally listed companies. Adam also has a sound understanding of member based associations, being the President of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) from 2017-2019.

 

Danielle Green

Vice President

Danielle was elected to the board at the 2023 AGM. She is currently the General Manager of the Dowerin Machinery Field Days, Western Australia's largest agricultural event connecting industry and government with the state's grain growers and merino producers. 

Travelling internationally led Danielle to press operation roles in large events such as the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics and the 2006 Doha Asian Games. Returning to Perth in 2008 saw Danielle join the Seven West Media newsroom, developing and managing the event brands across both business and lifestyle for The West Australian and Channel 7.

 

John Ipsen

Director

John was elected to the board at the 2023 AGM. John previously served eight years on the board of the East Fremantle Football club, with seven years as Vice President. In his previous time as a director, John was directly involved in the initial design, layout, cost, and planning of the new East Fremantle Oval precinct.

John currently works as the Executive Director at Jobs, Tourism Science and Innovation (JTSI), where is sits on the Corporate Executive, and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. He also currently sits on the CricketWest Board as Vice Chair.


 

Con Tripi

Director

Con was elected to the Board at the 2020 AGM. He has been a President of the Sharks and previously spent thirteen years on the board. Con founded Imperial Homes and remains the Managing Director and Owner of this highly regarded organisation in the niche market of designing and building exclusive, boutique homes.

Imperial Homes are a committed, long-term sponsor of the Sharks.

 

Rob Young

Director

Rob was elected to the board at the 2023 AGM. He is a former player, having played 170 league games, including the 2012 grand final, and attaining life membership. His business "Young 4 Life Fitness" operated within the East Fremantle Football Club for over 14 years, affording him a profound immersion in the club's culture and day-to-day operations.
