The East Fremantle Sharks completed their first pre-season fixture on Saturday, falling just short of a strong Claremont Tigers side 7.11 (53) to 9.5 (59).

It was an impressive performance from the Sharks, who lost by under a goal despite having more scoring shots and winning three out of four quarters.

East Fremantle Football Club are delighted to welcome Cody Leggett on board for the 2020 season.

A talented utility, Leggett has played 67 WAFL games with Perth since debuting in 2014.

Leggett will make an appearance for the Reserves in a trial game against Claremont tomorrow.
