16s Development Match Report Round 2: East Fremantle v Swan Districts
The 16s Development Squad had their second fixture on Saturday after the Leagues Round 1 win against Swan Districts.
The team had a great start to the game kicking four goals to one in the first quarter. The second quarter saw the Swans hit the score board hard kicking five goals to the Sharks two goals. The third quarter was evenly matched with each side kicking one goal each. This saw excellent work off half back by both sides, with exceptional rebounds by Midfielder Tom Joyce and Backman Brayden Forrest. Felix Shackleton worked tirelessly on the Swans full forward, who was at times a bit too strong. The fourth quarter saw the Swans break out to a steady lead kicking three majors and leaving the Sharks goalless. The Swans ended the day defeating the Sharks by 21 points.
