Sharks recommit to the Club for 2016

The Sharks are delighted to announce the re-signing of the following Sharks for 2015; Lynn Medallist Brock O'Brien who signed a 2 year extension, 2015 Rising Star winner Boston Williamson, 2014 Best 1st Year Player Cameron Eardley,  Jayden Schofield, key forward Brandon Ellis and Miles Franklin.  Recruiting has started in earnest with the AFL draft only 3 weeks away and the Club will update on any new signings as they are made.

The boys commence pre-season next week with new Head Coach Rob Wiley and newly appointed assistant coaches Bradd Dalziell and Jacob Brennan. Bradd played 15 games for Brisbane, 28 games with West Coast Eagles and 76 games with the Sharks. Bradd was a highly respected player and leader at the Sharks and his passion and football knowledge will be a great asset to the Club as our midfield coach.

Jacob also has a long history with the Sharks, having played 67 League games in the blue & white, on top of his 28 games for the Eagles. Jacob played his junior footy at Bullcreek Leeming Junior Football Club, while Bradd began his footy at Lynwood Ferndale.

The Club hopes to announce further appointments to its senior panel by the middle of next week.
