Cooyou Rejoins Shark Pack
The East Fremantle Football Club is extremely excited to announce that after two seasons in Sydney, 21 year old Rhys Cooyou has returned to Moss Street.
Cooyou returns to the Sharks after spending the last two seasons in the AFL with expansion team Greater Western Sydney.
Cooyou was taken with the second pick of the 2011 AFL Rookie Draft and spent 2011 playing in the North East Australian Football League before the Giants entered the AFL in 2012.
In Round 22 of the 2012 AFL season, Cooyou was elevated from the Rookie List and made his Senior Debut.
The Geraldton product played his first game against St. Kilda at Docklands collecting 10 possessions and kicking a goal.
At 183cm, Cooyou is small forward capable of playing in the midfield.
