“Futures Head Trainer”

East Fremantle Football Club is currently seeking a Futures Head Trainer for the upcoming 2024 Season & beyond.

The role will assist the Futures Coach and Talent Academy Manager in delivering a professional program with a strong focus on individual improvement, skill development and preparing players for senior WAFL and/or AFL Football.

It is an ideal role for a Sports Trainer or Health Student looking to commence in the WAFL environment.

Duties:

• Work closely with Physio, coaches and management staff.
• Provide first aid as required on game day and trainings.
• Sports massage and application of sports tape for both game preparation and trainings.
• Stock management.

Qualifications / requirements:

• Level 1 sports trainer qualification (or level 2 ideally)
• Experience working as a sports trainer
• Valid first aid, CPR
• Working with children check
• Competent with sports taping 

Time Expectations

• Attend training once per week and match days (typically Saturday)

“Colts Assistant Coach”

East Fremantle Football Club is currently seeking a Colts Assistant Coach for the upcoming 2024 Season & beyond.

The role will Assist the Colts Coach and Talent Academy Manager in delivering a professional Colts Program with a strong focus on individual improvement, skill development and preparing players for senior WAFL and/or AFL Football.

Suitable applicants will possess:

People Management & Planning:

• Ability to lead and influence within a high-performance program
• A passion for driving a strong and inclusive culture

Football Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of modern coaching techniques/strategies/tactics
• Sound understanding of skill development and learning strategies 

Effective Communication: 

• Highly developed and proven communication (written, verbal, visual) and interpersonal skills 

The role requires previous coaching experience, with a focus on developing players, along with outstanding communication and leadership skills.

“Sports Trainers Required”

East Fremantle Football Club is currently seeking Sports Trainers for the upcoming 2024 Season & beyond.

It is an ideal role for a Health Student to commence in the WAFL environment.

The role will be focused with our teams on the weekend providing first aid and sports trainer coverage (strapping, injury management etc) as well as mid-week injury screening. You'll also get regular tutorials, help and guidance from our medical team.

Duties:

• Provide first aid as required on game day and trainings.
• Sports massage and application of sports tape for both game preparation and trainings.

Qualifications / requirements:

• Valid first aid, CPR
• Working with children check
• Competent with sports taping 

•    Experience working in a sports setting (desired but not essential)
