East Fremantle Football Club appoints Lynsey Warbey to its Board of Directors

The East Fremantle Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Lynsey Warbey to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Lynsey brings an impressive wealth of legal expertise and experience to the EFFC, having served in the Western Australian public sector for over 20 years. She has held senior legal roles including at the State Solicitor's Office and the office of the WA Police Commissioner as Commissioner’s Counsel. As Principal Solicitor (Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office), she represented the State of Victoria in the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission.

East Fremantle Football Club President, Mark Stewart, commented on Lynsey's appointment, saying, "Lynsey's extensive legal background and leadership skills will be a tremendous asset to our board. We are confident that her knowledge and expertise will enhance our governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management functions. Lynsey's appointment further strengthens the skillset of our Board and I have no doubt she will make a significant contribution to our Club's success."
