EFFC Colts Coach

WAFL COLTS FOOTBALL COACH 

The East Fremantle Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for a talented and driven coach to lead the performance of the East Fremantle Football Club Colts program in the WAFL competition.

 

OBJECTIVE

To Coach the East Fremantle Colts Football team and set the standard of excellence in line with the EFFC strategic plan and values.

 

KEY FOCUS FOR THIS POSITION

  1. Plan, Prepare, Execute and Review the Colts Football Program.
  2. Lead the Coaching and Culture of the Colts list to create a professional and learning environment. 
  3. Develop close working relationships with Senior coaches, other Talent coaches, support staff and volunteers. 
  4. Development FIRST attitude towards coaching, selection, and philosophy
