East Fremantle head back to New Choice Homes Park this weekend where they will take on Claremont in a Preliminary Final which will see the victor take on West Perth in the WAFL Grand Final.
East Fremantle got off to a strong start but couldn’t capitalise, missing 3 set shots in the first 10 minutes to reduce the margin to 10 points before a Mitch Peirce goal from a free kick gave the Falcons some breathing space.
East Fremantle kept coming but were unable to reduce the gap and West Perth were the first team to qualify for the Grand Final with a 20 point win.
Better players for the Sharks were Milan Murdock, who had 30 disposals and 9 clearances, Tom Bennett who collected 23 disposals, 7 tackles and kicked 2 goals, and Jackson McDonald, who had 24 disposals, 5 clearances, 9 tackles and kicked a goal.
East Fremantle take on Claremont in the Preliminary Final this weekend at New Choice Homes Park. League Bounce Down is 2.10pm, Sunday the 25th of September.
