EFWFC ROGERS CUP FOOTBALL COACH
The East Fremantle Women’s Football Club seek expressions of interest for a talented and driven coach to lead the development of our Youth Girls team in the Rogers Cup competition and continue the 2022 WAFLW Rogers Cup Premiership success.
Job Purpose:
To lead the development of the East Fremantle Women’s Football Club’s Youth Girls squad to prepare players for Senior football
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the coaching of the Youth Girls team to compete in the WAFLW Rogers Cup competition
- Work collaboratively with the senior coaches to align the Youth Girls squad with the senior game plan ensuring strong learning and understanding of the desired game style to best prepare players for senior football
- Manage and develop Youth Girls assistant coaches wherever possible with their coaching ensuring understanding of their role at training and on game day
- Embrace a development first mindset reflected in structured player feedback which is actionable for players to gain selection in the Youth Girls team
- Promote the Club and its brand
- Relationship management across diverse stakeholder groups
