WAFLW LEAGUE FOOTBALL COACH 

The East Fremantle Women’s Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for a talented and driven coach to lead the performance of the East Fremantle Women’s Football Club to compete in the WAFLW competition

Job Purpose: To lead the performance of the East Fremantle Women’s Football Club’s senior list

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Plan, prepare, execute and review the senior football program, one which effectively teaches and implements a robust game plan recognising the strengths and capabilities of the senior squad
• Lead coaching and team culture of the senior list to compete in the WAFLW competition in a competitive and respected manner building sustained team success aligned with Club values
• Promoting the Club and its brand
• Relationship management across diverse stakeholder groups

Key Stakeholders: Players, coaching staff, medical and fitness staff, head of football, football manager and Club committee.
