Injury Update - Blaine Boekhorst

The East Fremantle Football Club can confirm that Blaine Boekhorst sustained an ACL knee injury in the game against West Perth on the weekend, requiring a total reconstruction. 

Football Manager, Brad Dodd said Boekhorst would likely have surgery next week. 

“Blaine is a popular member of our squad and we were all crossing our fingers in the hope of a more positive result from the scan. He has had an outstanding season and it’s disappointing that his year comes to a close in this fashion.

We will all wrap our arms around him and support him through his recovery but knowing Blaine, he would want the boys to push on strongly and ensure a positive finish to the season”.
