New Choice Homes; The Multi-Award-Winning choice

On behalf of the entire team at New Choice Homes, I am honoured to share our award-winning news with you all. New Choice Homes’ commitment to construction quality was formally recognised at the Master Builders Australia 2019 National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards held at Uluru.
 
Each year, these prestigious National Awards recognise the achievements of the nation’s best builders and celebrates projects which have won them acclaim, and we are humbled to be held in such high esteem. These awards recognise excellence in construction and outstanding workmanship in the residential, commercial and civil construction sectors.

We are beyond proud to announce New Choice Homes received national award recognition, taking out the top prize in the National Display Home Under $250,000 with The Portland being titled the best in the country. New Choice Homes was also acknowledged as finalists in the National Project Home Under $350,000, highlighting our versatility in bringing custom builds to life. The spacious 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Carine was designed with the client in mind and the award recognition cements our team’s success in creating something unique and superior in quality.

It's not the first time “The Portland” has received award accolades. Earlier this year, the home was awarded; Best Display Home ($240,000-$270,000) at the WA Master Builders Housing Excellence Awards. The home was also a finalist at the 2018 HIA Perth Housing Awards.  To win this award among the best of the best across the entire country is a fantastic achievement. It is a tribute to our team of staff, trades and suppliers at New Choice Homes, and in particular the construction team for continuously striving to achieve such a high standard for all of the homes that we build.
