Sharks launch WAFL Season and 7 Network Broadcast
The East Fremantle Sharks will host last year's grand finalists East Perth in a Saturday Night Blockbuster match at Domain Stadium. Spectators will be given a real WAFL experience and will be able to have a kick to kick on the oval before the game and at the breaks.
The Sharks have the toughest of starts to the season, playing both of last year's Grand Finalists in the first two weeks, then making the trip down to Mandurah in week 3. East Perth will be a challenge as always, with their West Coast listed players keen to impress and push for a spot once the AFL season starts 2 weeks later. It is vital that we get the season off to a good start so the Sharks need every fan to get along to these games to cheer the boys to victory.
This game will also launch the WAFL's partnership with Channel 7, who will broadcast 18 home and away games and the finals.
One lucky person will have the chance to kick for $100,000 thanks to reiwa.com.au!
