WA Day Derby | Event Details

The great rivalry continues when The Sharks host rivals South Fremantle Football Club in the WA Day Derby.

We have a fantastic day planned that will entertain the whole family.

Our FREE Kidz Corner will be in full swing with an enormous 26-metre obstacle course, a bucking bull and face painter. Kids under 16 receive free entry into the game. At half time, head onto the oval to join our bin-it to win-it for your chance to win a junior footy! 

The CUB pop-up bar is back again, conveniently located near the Kidz Corner, so the parents can have fun too.

We are also celebrating arguably one of the greatest grand finals in WA history – 1979 East Fremantle vs South Fremantle. It was the Grand Final that divided the port and attracted one of the largest crowds at Subiaco Oval. Get along to relive some of the glory!

• 2 Gate Entries - 1 on Moss Street & 1 on Allen Street. Eftpos available at both gates
  • Adult Tickets $15
  • Concession Tickets $12
  • Under 16s Free
• Alcohol must not be brought into the Stadium, including in the outer. Bag checks will be in operation.
• Food may be brought in (food outlets available)
• Glass containers are not permitted
• Smoking is not permitted inside the Stadium

Parking

Please adhere to local parking signage, this is at your discretion. There is parking available at East Fremantle Oval, but it is limited.

Bus 501 stops on Marmion Street at the front of Shark Park if you are coming from Fremantle.
