Get ready Sharks fans – this Sunday at The Good Grocer Park is going to be massive!
We host the fierce Claremont Tigers in what promises to be a blockbuster clash in Round 15 of the WAFLW – and it’s not just any match. It’s our final home game of the regular season for both our WAFLW and Rogers Cup teams, and we’re calling on the Shark Park faithful to turn out in full force to make it one to remember.
RIVALRY REIGNITED – HISTORY ON THE LINE
This weekend’s showdown marks the 20th meeting between East Fremantle and Claremont in the WAFLW – and the record couldn’t be tighter. From 19 games, both teams have 9 wins each, with 1 draw. That makes Sunday a true tie-breaker, and bragging rights are on the line!
Claremont come into the match second on the ladder, having notched up 10 wins and just 1 loss. But our Sharks are right in the hunt, currently sitting on 7 wins and with a strong percentage (123.25%). A win here could be a huge momentum boost as finals approach.
ROGERS CUP – SHARKS FLYING HIGH
Let’s not forget our Rogers Cup side – they are in red-hot form, sitting second on the ladder and building serious momentum heading into the pointy end of the season. They’ve been playing some electric footy, and with finals around the corner, this last home game is a crucial stepping stone.
DON’T MISS IT!
This is more than just a game – it’s a celebration of our club, our community, and the incredible effort of our players, staff and supporters all season long.
Bring the noise. Wear the blue and white. And let’s pack The Good Grocer Park one more time!
