Mid – West Shark Park Report

After a short 8-week training program , the Midwest Shark Pack for the 2025 carnival was selected to represent the region.

The team played two games in two consecutive days, commencing with their first game against the Midlands (Perth zone) on Monday at The Good Grocer Park, then backing up the next day on Tuesday playing the strong Storm (Claremont) and Goldfields (Subiaco zone) at Revo Fitness Stadium.

The skills and teamwork on display over the two games were outstanding and the way the team linked up and moved the ball with precision from one end to another was first class. It was the ability to display all these attributes along with the players willingness to work hard for each other that saw them come away with some great results over the two days.

The team was led very well by coach Callum Marquis, and he was assisted by Harry Taylor. A big Thankyou to both for their effort and commitment to the team.

Overall it was a very  successful couple of days that has unearthed some strong future talent for our upcoming programs.
