The East Fremantle Football Club is pleased to announce the return of Kaleb Smith to The Good Grocer Park.

Kaleb was selected at pick #49 in the 2022 AFL National Draft by Richmond and debute in round 12 vs Geelong in 2024.

Kaleb went on to play 12 AFL games and recieved a Mark of the Year contender in 2025.

Kaleb has signed a 2 year contact with East Fremantle starting in 2027.

Kaleb says “To have the opportunity to return to the place where it all began is something I’m incredibly grateful for. The Sharks played such a big part in my journey, putting me in the fortunate position to go over east and fulfil my dream of AFL for the past four years.”

“For me, it’s going to mean a lot more than just putting the jersey back on. It’s about reuniting with the club and community that helped shape not only the footballer, but the person I am today. This club holds so many great memories for me, the friendships, the staff, and the community is what makes this club so special. I’m excited to see what we can do in 2026 and the many years to come!”
