The East Fremantle Football Club (EFFC) is pleased to announce the appointment of three new directors to its board, Bianca Starcevich, Sandra Di Girolamo and Jim Muskarovsky, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the Sharks’ leadership team.
EFFC CEO Adrian Bromage said the appointments reflect the Club’s ongoing commitment to strong governance, local connection and community engagement. “Each of our new directors brings unique expertise and fresh energy that will help guide the Club into an exciting new era, both on and off the field,” Bromage said.
Bianca Starcevich
Bianca is a passionate advocate for community activation, drawing on her extensive experience serving on NFP Boards and her deep local connection as a long-time East Fremantle resident of 20 years. She brings over two decades of executive leadership, with a strong focus on people, performance, and organisational culture.
In her board roles, Bianca offers a robust governance lens, with expertise in board effectiveness, risk and cultural stewardship, underpinned by formal qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Sandra Di Girolamo
Sandra is the Director of ThinkBox Media, a Perth-based media, production and communications consultancy. With more than two decades’ experience, she helps organisations communicate with clarity and confidence.
Sandra specialises in media and presentation training. She works with leaders across business, government and community to strengthen how they connect with audiences in the boardroom, the media, and the wider public.
An award-winning journalist and television producer, she has held senior editorial roles in some of Australia’s most robust TV, radio and print newsrooms. She remains a respected consultant to media outlets.
An East Fremantle local, Sandra brings her expertise in media, storytelling, leadership and strategic communication to the Sharks board to help strengthen engagement and connection across the Club and its community.
Jim Muskarovsky
Jim was elected to the board in 2025. He is the Product Support Manager at Drillmech , a club sponsor and brings a wealth of experience in a variety of sales and management roles.
Jim has over 25 years of experience with surface and underground mining equipment, specialising in sales, service, and support. He brings a solutions and strategic based approach to ensure member growth , stability, and ongoing supporter engagement.
Jim has a deep connection to the club which goes back 40 years, being a member of its 1987 Colts premiership and previous involvement at the Palmyra Junior Football Club as Committee and Life Member.
