East Fremantle has continued its strong opening to the 2025 WA Wheelchair Football League Competition, notching up two more wins in Round 3 and Round 4 at Cockburn ARC on Sunday, 5 October.


Round 3: Sharks Edge Out Subiaco in High-Scoring Contest

The Sharks were made to work for it in Round 3, holding off a fast-finishing Subiaco to secure an 8-point victory in a thrilling encounter.

Quarter by Quarter:

  • Q1: Subiaco 4.3 (27) to East Fremantle 3.1 (19)

  • Q2: Subiaco 8.5 (53) to East Fremantle 7.1 (43)

  • Q3: Subiaco 11.7 (73) to East Fremantle 10.3 (63)

  • Q4: East Fremantle finished strong to take the win, 15.4 (94) to 13.8 (86).

The match showcased East Fremantle’s composure under pressure, with the team lifting in the final term to overrun Subiaco and maintain their unbeaten start.


Round 4: Statement Win Over Perth

Backing up shortly after, East Fremantle produced a dominant second-half performance to claim a convincing 25-point win over Perth.

Quarter by Quarter:

  • Q1: Perth led 3.1 (19) to 2.0 (12).

  • Q2: East Fremantle responded strongly, leading 8.3 (51) to 7.2 (44) at half time.

  • Q3: The Sharks extended their advantage 10.8 (68) to 9.2 (56).

  • Q4: They finished full of run to close out a 14.11 (95) to 11.4 (70) victory.

The result underlined the team’s depth and fitness, backing up from a tough Round 3 clash to finish the day with another impressive win.
