2026 Naidoc Guernsey

A collaborated design between Storm Johnson, Eric Benning and Tom Phillps, the 2026 Naidoc Guernsey tells the story of their football journeys and what Naidoc week means to them.

“Naidoc Week means culture, family, and pride to me. This year celebrating 50 Years of Deadly is about honouring how far our mob has come. It brings everyone together to celebrate who we are and keep our culture strong for the next 50 years.” – Storm Johnson, Kuku Yalanji, Yirrganydji, Wemba wemba .

This Miriwoong painting/design symbolises the connection between people, language and Country, with the central meeting place representing the heart of culture and identity.” – Eric Benning, Miriwoong, Kija, Bunuba. (The top third of the design).

“Along the bottom is my design. It’s three travelling circles and it represents me venturing from Cairns to Melbourn to Perth. The smaller dots sarrounding me are all the people I’ve met along the way; the community at each place who have supported my journey.” Storm. (Bottom third of the design)
