WA Day Derby

East Fremantle Football Club are hosting this year’s WA Day Derby against cross port rivals, South Fremantle on Monday June 5^th.  

In addition to a great game of footy, there will be plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained.

Our Kidz Corner caters to those up to 15 years of age with a Bouncy Castle, Gym Bus, Face Painter and Balloon Twister to keep the kids busy while you watch the game. Make sure the kids wear their running shoes because there’s a sprint race at half time, with a $50 Retravision voucher for the winner of each division.

Planning on coming down with a group of your mates? We have VIP Marquees available for just $95 per person which will cover your drinks (beer, wine and soft drink) and nibbles from 1-5pm- minimum of 20 people.

The CUB pop-up bar is back again this year and is looking to be bigger and better. Conveniently located near the Kidz Corner, so the parents can have fun too!

Keep an eye out for The Sharkettes, who will take to the oval before the league match.

There will be plenty of food to choose from, including all your footy favourites from the 9 Seeds Canteen or head over to the Food Trucks located on the Bank.

Sometimes parking at East Fremantle can be quite the challenge, but we’re making things easy with access to Gibson Park's lower level car park from 1-6pm.  

South Fremantle managed to top the Sharks in this year’s ANZAC Day Derby, but could the home ground advantage be the thing that gets Old East over the line on WA Day? Get down to East Fremantle Oval to find out!
