Football Operations Manager Position
The East Fremantle Football Club (The Sharks) is the West Australian Football League’s most successful club, winning 29 premierships in its 121-year history. Nationally heralded for its Talent Academy Pathway and its strong values and culture, the club is seeking a highly motivated and aspirational individual to lead the senior football program for the start of the 2019 pre-season.
Job Summary
The Football Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the senior football programs and activities of the East Fremantle Football with an emphasis on the management of the human resources required.
Role activities include, but not limited to.
- Manage the Playing List of the East Fremantle Football Club League and Development League Teams in compliance with WAFL By Laws, Player Rules & Regulations and Operational Policies.
- Provide assistant and guidance to Talent Academy staff with respects to the Academy program and progression of list from Academy to senior football.
- Manage the East Fremantle Football Club Senior Player List with a view to sustainable competitiveness and consistent finals appearances whilst supporting the objective of developing from within our district.
