Sharks State Representatives
Congratulations to Jonathon Marsh and George Hampson for their selection in the final 23-man WAFL State Squad that will take on South Australia tomorrow.
Marsh was a part of last year’s historic win over the Vic’s in Melbourne and will be hoping to be a part of another momentous victory- WA hasn’t won a State Game in South Australia since a 14-point victory at Football Park in 1994.
George Hampson was a late addition to the squad and will be playing in his second State match.
The game will be played at Adelaide Oval at 11.40am WA time on Saturday May 12 as a curtain-raiser to the Port Adelaide v Adelaide AFL Showdown. The game will be streamed live on the WAFL website, WAFL App and simulcast on radio in WA via Sport FM 91.3fm.
Jayden Schofield was selected in the initial side but will unfortunately miss tomorrow’s game.
